We publish current construction material prices across Kenya, updated on the 1st and 15th of every month. Cement, steel, sand, ballast, roofing, timber. Every price comes from direct retailer and depot inquiries, cross-checked with practicing quantity surveyors in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret.
We also run a cost estimation tool that turns current market rates into indicative project budgets. Prices in, structured breakdown out.

How we collect prices
We survey hardware retailers and factory depots each fortnight. Regional figures are verified with QS contributors who see actual transaction prices on live projects, not list prices.
All prices include VAT and exclude delivery. We note collection dates on every article. No sponsored listings, no pay-to-rank.
Prices are indicative and subject to change. Always get formal quotes before committing. For formal cost advice, engage a registered quantity surveyor.
